About ADM Personal Loans

  ADM are different from other loan companies. Our essential commitment is to customer service and satisfaction, and we aim to secure the best loan possible for our clients. After all, if you aren't happy with the loan offered, we won't get any commission!!!

We WILL :

• submit your loan application to an appropriate master broker on the same working day we receive it.
• tell you which master broker we have sent your application to. We will do this at the same time we forward your application.
• arrange for the master broker to keep you informed as to the progress of your loan application. We will also give you contact details of the loan broker who is processing your application so you can contact them directly if you need to.
• aim to answer any questions, queries or complaints you may have on the same working day we receive them.

We WILL NOT:

• pass your details to any third party or any company other than the master loan broker we think most suitable, and most likely to accept your loan application. We will not contribute to junk mail or spam!!!
• keep your details on computer past the day your loan is agreed and paid out to you, unless you have asked to join our mailing list.
• contact you after the loan is paid out, except at your invitation. All we will do is send you our business card as the loan is paid out for your future reference, in case you wish to use us again in the future.
